All items are handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, size, and finish may occur. These are not considered defects.

When you place an order, this is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We are not VAT registered.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the products are delivered to your address.

We are responsible for your order until it reaches you. If your parcel is lost, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

All content on this site, including images, designs, and text, is owned by CherryLux and may not be used without permission.

SECTION 7 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

CherryLux is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with CherryLux. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and CherryLux, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with CherryLux.
