This Shipping Policy outlines how CherryLux handles order processing, shipping, and delivery for customers in the UK and Europe.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are handmade and processed within:
- 3-4 weeks
During busy periods (e.g. holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
UK SHIPPING
Estimated delivery times:
- Tracked Delivery: 2–3 working days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
EUROPE SHIPPING
We ship to most European countries.
Estimated delivery times:
- Tracked International Delivery: 8–10 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (EU ORDERS)
Orders shipped to Europe may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Taxes (such as VAT)
- Customs handling fees
These charges are not included in your order and are the responsibility of the customer.
The charges should be minimal, however, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:
- Postal service disruptions
- Customs processing
- High demand periods
We are not responsible for delays once your order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best to help if issues arise.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

- We will investigate with the shipping provider
We may offer a replacement or refund depending on the outcome of the investigation.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
